Sane Group was established by Mr. Bhalchandra Sane in 1980.
Since inception in 1980, our company is engaged in manufacture of special products & tailormade machinery for foundry industry. Strong engineering background is our core strength.
In the 1980s we introduced hot blast cupolas in India & it was our patented product for 12 years.
With change in foundry technology we adopted changes in our product mix. Apart from age old green sand conditioning plants, we designed & supplied shell foundry automation plants, investment casting foundry automation systems, aluminium ingot casting conveyors, molten metal pouring equipment etc. Most of the leading shell foundries in India have our automation systems.
In year 2003 we entered into license agreement as well as dealership agreement with Richards Engineering, UK for manufacture of no-bake foundry machinery. In year 2009 Richards Engineering for manufacturing and supply was taken over by Omega Group. Immediately after that we & Omega came together to form a joint venture company by the name Omega Sane Foundry Machinery Pvt Ltd for manufacture of a wide range of no-bake foundry machinery. The JV company has been a huge success & during since inception has supplied many projects in India & abroad.
We also represent Vulcan Engineering, USA for their fettling machinery for Indian foundry market.
